During an energy session, my hands are guided to locate imbalances in the physical and energetic body. The chakras (energy centers) are balanced by gentle touch of my hands. Crystal sound bowls, a heated amethyst energy balancing mat, and sage or palo santo smoke are a part of the session.
Through audible and visual messages, I am guided to assist you with the release of these imbalances. This release may occur through breathwork, gentle touch, and/or clearing of the biofield. Clients are often provided with a channeled message and guidance on how to move forward with their transformation.

Home & Office Blessing
Clearings for a home assist with cleansing the energy of the home. Negative energy can build in any space over time if clearings are not completed. A new home or office can benefit from a clearing to cleanse energy of prior occupants or experiences. I use a crystal quartz chakra bowl to use sound and vibration to clear any stagnant energies. Incense, sage, rosemary, lavender, marigolds, roses, palo santo (saint's wood) and/or incense assist in clearing the space as well. I will use energy through my body to sense, detect, and move any additional stagnant energies. After a clearing, many people report the home feels lighter and they sleep better.
