During an energy session, my hands are guided to locate imbalances in the physical and energetic body. The chakras (energy centers) are balanced by gentle touch of my hands. Crystal sound bowls, a heated amethyst energy balancing mat, and sage or palo santo smoke are a part of the session. 
 
Through audible and visual messages, I am guided to assist you with the release of these imbalances. This release may occur through breathwork, gentle touch, and/or clearing of the biofield. Clients are often provided with a channeled message and guidance on how to move forward with their transformation.
