Miracles are Possible

“You have more power to control your life than you have been led to believe.”

Friends, today I experienced what felt like a miracle... I heard what sounded like a big rock hitting the window. There was a bird laying on the ground on its back. I knew that I had to help... I had spent the morning practicing mantras. This was a moment to put that practice to use and reverse the trauma in her body. Without laying hands on her, I moved into the trauma of the body and begin to unwind it. I was guided into a healing moment with her. I practiced mantras aloud, released the impact against the window, and brought the Divine energy of our Creator through me to her. I envisioned her eventually flipping over back onto her feet and sitting with me for a little while before she flew away... and that is exactly what happened.


You see friends, our mind has the ability to move energy including trauma. This is most useful in moments right after an incident occurs such as a car accident, which I have practiced this as well.


We all have this ancestral healing ability within each and every one of us - the question is whether we are helping it awaken and letting it continue to stay dormant.


Today, many are living in a state of fear - which brings to life more fear into the world. I recently had a moment with a women who lived through the Holocaust and shared that the virus that is spreading causing fear is nothing compared to what she experienced during her childhood. This gave me a very different perspective...


Today, it is so important for us to stay centered and grounded; otherwise, we will be of no use to anyone. When I saw the bird laying on the ground, I had two choices - either begin to weep for a dying bird or help it return to its daily life. The bird was on the edge undecided if she wanted to stay or leave her body - and then she made the choice to stay. She connected to the Light and allowed for it to bring her back. In the distance, she could hear her bird friends calling for her most likely afraid for her. In the end, it is our choice to panic or breathe through a difficult moment.


How can we stay out of the state of fear that can be so contagious and confusing due to the masses living in an alarmed state? We must practice - we must practice a state of mindfulness. We must practice a form of prayer in whatever way it means to us. Not all paths that lead to God will look the same but it is up to us to find a way that helps us connect to the Divine. If you are not religious, connect with a spiritual practice and connect to nature. Keeping your energy grounded and connected to the Earth as practiced in Chi Gong/Tai Chi and marital arts will help keep you from being reactive in a stressful situation.


The current state of the planet is reacting to the spread of this virus that has come from dead animals. This is not the first time that the bodies of dead animals have brought disease to the human race... the planet is trying to teach us to find a way to live in balance with it. This is the reason that everyone has been sent into their own homes. I tell clients often that the Universe will continue to bring you the same lesson until you face it, learn from it, and change your ways. This is our current state - we have not learned from the abuse that we have given to this planet. We feel that we are so intelligent and many "educated" in modern ways but we are far from knowledgeable on how to treat the planet or its inhabitants. This moment is an opportunity for us to turn inward and analyze how we are living our lives. Many of us are struck in the ways of technology and not breathing any fresh air in the day. Many of us are locked into past emotions and are prisoners of our minds making it difficult for us to move forward. Many of us are trapped by our current diets that provide no value to our physical bodies. Many of us continue to tolerate negative situations and do not see our own value. These are all imbalances that we have brought upon ourselves to face and now change. We are being given the time and opportunity to self-reflect. The Time is Now...


How can we protect ourselves from any form of infection? I am not a physician but I will share my own experience. The only time I become "sick" is when I am upset about something and have allowed for stress to bring me down. This is another reason why it is so important to move through your upsetting thoughts. I have experienced multiple moments where I could have been infected in healthcare... I have had 100s of patients cough in my face. I have encountered blood directly on my skin of a person who had the diagnosis of AIDS. I have been attacked more than once on my face by a patient who drew my blood with his dirty hands causing possible infection to me. These are just a few examples of possible passage of infectious agents into my body. I am sharing this with you because I believe that you have the ability to protect yourself at all times no matter what may happen to you. Move into the mental state that "I shall not be the host or carrier for any infection or pathogen". Make this your mantra and truly believe it... and you must also support the physical body.


Your physical body - help it become more alkaline (vegetarians are known for having stronger immune systems due to alkaline nature of green vegetables), eat nourishing foods, use vitamins/supplements/essential oils/herbs that are well known to fight against pathogens by supporting your immune system. Food truly is your medicine. Do the research and feel free to ask me what products I have benefited from. If you feed your body healthy food, your mind will have a better chance of staying in balance. Keep your energy up and do not participate in anything that will lower mental or physical energy.


Friends, the purpose of this post today has been to help awaken you and help you realize that you have more power to control your life than you have been led to believe. I am a healthcare worker so I am not allowed to stay home. For those of you who have the opportunity to be at home, please use this moment as your blessing. Spend this time exploring how you can help yourself and your families. Start by changing your diet - look into the alkaline foods, limit your sugars/meats/junk foods (as they are acidic), limit dairy/cow milk products (as they cause mucus), and begin a daily practice to relieve stress such as meditation, yoga, Chi Gong/Tai Chi, breathwork, and walking outdoors. For those who may be infected by this current virus, raise your energetic vibration and connect to the healing stream of energy that is all around you.


Miracles are possible and they are within our grasp. From a diagnosis of cancer, to the diagnosis of this current virus, to a bird on the brink of its death - miracles are possible when you are open to them. Do not allow for anyone to tell you otherwise. I share only my truth with what I have witnessed and experienced. Some may not like the contents of this post and that is okay too. The purpose is to simply awaken - enlightening moments can be uncomfortable for any one of us. That is why the entire planet has been forced into a timeout in their homes. The Universe is now asking us what will we change... think about it and act on it. Talk to your families about what you are willing to change to help improve your lifestyle to help yourself and help the planet.


May each of us be guided into ways to help ourselves and others heal...
