All things are temporary.‏

Our lives are not meant to be perfect and we do not need to suffer."

Friends, this is a message about hope and staying positive.

As we are more than half way through 2021, the world continues to face new challenges. Many continue to focus on fear, disruption, and despair.

My request is simple... I am asking that we do our best to keep our mind focused on positive things. It is very difficult to see light in anything if we are consumed by the darkness of it.

Many recent experiences have been a good reminder for me to remember that I will only see what I am looking for... I am fully aware of the confusion and stress that consumes many but I try to focus on keeping myself balanced so that I do not attract or linger in this type of energy.

We are all going to experience stress, sadness, and disheartening moments. This may last for a few days, weeks, months, or years. The question is how can we train ourselves to stay positive and hopeful in times of darkness?

We must remember that all things are temporary... just like our human existence. We are not meant to be beggars of hope... we are meant to have faith and support one another. In order to support one another, we must first support ourselves.

Think about ways to uplift yourself - music, dance, plants, animals, healthy nourishing foods, massages, walks in nature, speaking to someone who uplifts you, watching an inspiring program, listening to positive speakers on the internet...

Make it a habit to make time for yourself daily to slow down for self- care. Stop eating foods that are slowly destroying your body - you know exactly what those are doing to you. Remember the mind and body are always connected.

Consider shifting thoughts that do not serve you. Catch yourself from speaking negative comments... do not get involved in arguments. Protect your energy.

We sometimes forget how truly blessed and fortunate we are... I practice thoughts of gratitude throughout the day and sometimes whisper them. This helps me to stay centered and thankful for my life.

Our lives are not meant to be perfect and we do not need to suffer.

Let's focus on lifting ourselves, staying light in our emotions, focusing on light topics instead of heavy ones that weigh our minds down, and treat your body like the temple that it is... your body is where the Divine resides.

Respect your temple, love yourself, and free yourself. Stay in love, hope, and faith... and the rest will sort itself out.

I am always here for you. ~ KIRN, Ambassador of Light
