Hematite helps to balance the root chakra. Hematite is known as a stone of protection against negative energies. It is known as a stone of grounding, memory, strength, and self-esteem.

Hematite is naturally a "heavy" stone as it contains iron oxide.
Small wrist size 16cm, medium 17cm, large 18cm X-large >19cm.

If you do not have tape measure, use a piece of string to measure and then read the length using a ruler in centimeters.

Consider if you like to wear your bracelet tighter or looser as you can add 1cm to make it more comfortable or keep it as the actual measurement for a tighter fit. Some people like to wear it close to the wrist for tighter fit, while others like to wear it looser on the outside of a watch farther down the arm.
